Four in Harford indicted on charges of distributing heroin

After an investigation by the Harford County Narcotics Task Force, four Harford County men were indicted by a Harford County Grand Jury on charges of heroin distribution.

It's part of Sheriff Jeffrey Gahler's ongoing commitment to fighting the threat of heroin in the community, the Harford County Sheriff's Office said in a news release issued Thursday.

Spencer Tyler Panuska, 21, of the 3000 block of Goat Hill Road in Bel Air; Richard O'Neal Lindsey, 30, who the sheriff's office says is from Aberdeen but lists an address in the 3900 block of Conowingo Road in Darlington, according to court records; and Phillip Anthony Mack, 29, of the 1800 block of Waltman Road in Edgewood; were indicted in late February and arrested a few days later.

Deputies are still looking for Abbe Ismail Aina, 22, who the sheriff's office said is from the first block of Roosevelt Avenue in Aberdeen. Anyone with information on Aina's whereabouts is asked to call 410-836-6600.

Panuska is indicted on charges of narcotics distribution, narcotics possession with intent to distribute and drug possession other than marijuana; he is being held on $50,000 bail.

Lindsey and Mack face the same charges in addition to conspiracy to distribute narcotics; they was released on $50,000 bond.
