A man who implied he had a weapon robbed the Harford Bank branch in Bel Air on Wednesday morning, escaping on foot, police said.
The robber remained at large Thursday.
The robber walked into the bank, in the 500 block of South Main Street near Bel Air United Methodist Church, at about 10:50 a.m. and produced a note demanding money and implying a weapon, the Bel Air Police Department said in a news release.
The teller complied and the robber fled with an undetermined amount of cash, police said. No one was injured.
Police said the robber was last seen fleeing on foot to the rear of the bank.
Surveillance photographs of the robber were released to the media on Thursday morning.
The robber is described as a white male between 20 and 25 years of age, about 6 feet tall, with a thin to medium build. He was wearing a red and black University of Maryland jacket with a Terrapin logo on the back, a black Fedora-style hat and sunglasses.

The Bel Air area has experienced several bank robberies dating back to last fall, all of which remain unsolved.
