The UCBAC's Susquehanna Division battle in girls volleyball is still a three-way race with Patterson Mill, Perryville and Bo Manor all winning matches Monday.
Patterson Mill (7-2) picked up its win over visiting North East, 3-0. Scores were 25-13, 25-19 and 25-21.
Leading the Huskies were Sarah Alders, seven kills, one block for point; Kenna Garman, six kills, four digs; Hannah Roussey, five kills, five assists and Caroline Sprow, one kill, eight assists and four digs.
Panthers beat Rams
Perryville (7-2) beat host Edgewood (4-5) in five games. Scores were 23-25, 25-14, 22-25, 25-22 and 15-8.
Leaders on the court for Edgewood were Frances Calzada, 11 kills, five aces, 11 digs; Julia Gatch, nine kills, three aces; Adriana Calzada, 17 digs; and Bianca Tucker, 26 assists.
Leading the Panthers were Teri Wennersten, 11 kills, 11 service points, eight blocks; Gabby Goodnow, eight kills, two blocks; Jillian Miller, five blocks; Kylie Shiflett, nine digs, seven service points; and Kaylan Smith, nine digs.
Bobcats sweep Cougars
Bel Air (7-1) defeated visiting Fallston (5-3), 3-0, to stay within a game of Chesapeake leading Rising Sun. Scores were 25-14, 25-9 and 25-13.
Bel Air was led by senior outside hitter Taylor White, 10 kills, seven digs and one block; junior libero Brianna Karayinopulos, 24 digs, four aces and junior middle hitter LenaSierocinski, five kills and three solo blocks.
Other scores
In other matches, Harford Tech (1-6) was swept at Rising Sun, 3-0, in Chesapeake play. Scores were 11-25, 14-25 and 11-25. In Susquehanna matches, Aberdeen (5-4) was beaten 3-0 by visiting Bo Manor and Havre de Grace (3-6) was an 3-0 winner over visiting Joppatowne (0-9).
