Harford Tech's girls lacrosse team moved to 3-0 on the season with a 17-3 win at Elkton Thursday in non-division play.
Becca Williams scored six goals to pace six Cobra scorers. Courtney Poole added four goals and an assist and Bethany Bishop had three goals and one assist.
Sam Volz contributed two goals, two assists and Tori Arcilesi chipped in with a goal and three assists. Meagan Sturla also scored a goal.
Sarah Thornton was the top defensive performer for Tech, according to Tech Coach Emma Little. Goalie Bryana Wyatt made seven saves.
Bobcats win big
Bel Air hosted Easton Thursday and had no trouble, winning big, 17-5.
Bekah Riley, Anna Farley and Julia Henry scored three goals apiece to lead Bel Air (3-1). Jenna Signorelli, Sam Keesey and Jackie Ranney added two goals each, while Kami Holt and Katy Higinbothom each scored one.
Riley led with three assists, while single assists were credited to Higinbothom, Emily McQuay, Henry, Morgan Hollenback and Holt.
The Bobcats played two goalies with Sydney Matthews making four saves and Molly Loughlin making three.
Bulls beat Hawks
North Harford fell to 1-4 with its 17-8 loss at Hereford Thursday.
Sarah Sachneider scored two goals for the Hawks, while single goal scorers were Maria Auth, Maggie Holloway, Megan O'Donnell, Erin Dean, Ashley Hedrick and Shelby Mitchel. Hedrick also had an assist.
Howard beats Huskies
Patterson Mill (2-3) fell back under the .500 mark Thursday, losing to visiting Howard, 15-8, in non-league play. The Huskies were held scoreless in the first half and trailed, 9-0, at halftime.
Sarah Alders and Olivia Beile led the scoring with two goals each. Reilly Donovan added a goal and two assists and Kaley Thompson had a goal and assist. Sam Herman and EJ Karwatka also scored for the Huskies.
Patterson Mill goalie Abby Smith recorded four saves.
Other Thursday scores
C. Milton Wright (4-2) split a pair of games in a mixer at Anne Arundel Community College. The Mustangs beat Broadneck, 12-10, but lost to Severna Park, 11-8.
Fallston (0-3) stayed winless after a 7-5 loss to visiting Towson and Edgewood (3-2) defeated visiting Aberdeen (1-3), 15-3.
