Harford County's annual Farm Visitation Day is coming up Sunday, June 28, from 1 to 6 p.m., at Keyes Creamery near Aberdeen.
The event, hosted by the Harford County Farm Bureau and Harford County government Agricultural Division, is free and open to public.
Keyes Creamery is at 3712 Aldino Road at the intersection of Aldino and Hopewell roads. The entrance is on Hopewell Road.
According to information posted on the Keyes Creamery Facebook Page, visitors will be able to start their tour at the creamery, where they catch a shuttle bus to near Mount Felix Dairy Farm in Havre de Grace and get up close and personal with "The Girls at the Barn."
"Take a tour of our farming operation and find out about agriculture in Harford County," the post states. "When you arrive back at the creamery enjoy our homemade ice cream made from our 'Girls' milk.
"You will get to see the very room the ice cream is made in, see several displays, enjoy the Maryland Agricultural Education Foundation trailer and have some great family time."
