A woman was shot to death in Fallston late Wednesday, allegedly by her husband, while their three children were in the house, the Harford County Sheriff's Office reported.Deputies responded at 11:38 p.m. to the 2300 block of Windswept Court, just off the intersection of Routes 165 and 152 in Upper Cross Roads, spokesperson Kyle Andersen said Thursday morning.They found a female victim, Lara Muscolino, 48, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body, according to a news release from the sheriff's office.While deputies were investigating the shooting, Ricardo Muscolino, 54, of the same address, turned himself into the sheriff's office northern precinct. He was taken to the Harford County Detention Center, where he is being held without bail.The Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigations Office has assumed the investigation, Andersen said. The forensic services unit responded to process the scene for evidence, according to Crabbs.Lara Muscolino's body was taken to the Office of the Medical Examiner, where an autopsy will be performed to confirm the cause and manner of death, according to the release.While investigators are still trying to determine a motive, preliminary information indicates the shooting was a domestic incident between the couple, whose three children were at home at the time.
