The Harbor of Grace Chapter of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution recently inducted two new members, Colleen Chamberlain of Perryville and Jane Machin of Essex.

The two were induced by chapter registrar Susan Brown during the October chapter meeting in Havre de Grace.

Chamberlain and Machin were approved for membership by virtue of their descent from a patriot who, with unfailing loyalty, served as a sailor, soldier, civil officer – or rendered material aid – to the cause of American independence during the Revolutionary War.

For more information on joining the DAR, call 410-679-8776. The Harbor of Grace Chapter is based in Havre de Grace.
