Aberdeen

Amanda Lynn Greiser, 29, who has an address in Aberdeen and in the 1700 block of Searles Road in Dundalk, was charged Thursday with second-degree escape. She was also arrested for allegedly violating her probation in a case in which she was guilty of theft $10,000 to $25,000.

A customer paid with counterfeit money last Wednesday in the 600 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard.

A item was stolen Thursday from a vehicle in the 4800 block of Philadelphia Road.

Aberdeen Police reports:

Donald Glen Davis, 32, of Tarzana, Calif., was charged last Wednesday with possession of more than 10 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and drug possession with intent to distribute.

Kendra Nicole Best, 21, of the 400 block of Swale Avenue in Brooklyn, was charged Saturday with theft $100 to $1,500 and two counts of drug possession other than marijuana.

A vehicle in the 700 block of Custis Street was vandalized overnight last Wednesday.

A television, microwave and other items were stolen Thursday from a home in the first block of Swan Street.

Abingdon

Kenneth Bronson Axelson, 41, of the 2900 block of Strathavene Lane, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of and while impaired by alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol per se, driving while so far impaired by drugs and alcohol he can’t drive safely, driver in an accident failing to notify an owner, having a handgun on his person and in his vehicle and wearing or carrying a handgun under the influence of alcohol.

A wallet was stolen Saturday from the 3400 block of Merchant Boulevard.

A package was stolen Sunday from a porch in the 3100 block of Tipton Way.

Bel Air

Sean Patrick Smith, 31, of the 900 block of Redfield Road, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault and vandalism less than $1,000.

A counterfeit bill was used Friday in the 1500 block of Conowingo Road.

People were shoplifting Friday in the 500 block of Marketplace Drive.

Baby items were stolen Friday on Bel Air South Parkway.

Someone was shoplifting Sunday on Bel Air South Parkway.

A truck in the 1500 block of Meadow Court was broken into Monday.

Edgewood

Vincent Saunders, 27, of the 600 block of Yorkshire Drive, was arrested last Wednesday for failing to appear for court in a case in which he was charged with trespassing.

Kayla Denise Briana Royster, 21, of the 2100 block of Brown Street who also has an address in the 1800 block of Grempler Way, was charged last Wednesday with theft less than $1,000.

Christopher Thomas Cousins, 23, of the 1800 block of Brookside Drive, was charged Thursday with seven counts of theft less than $1,000, four counts of theft $100 to $1,500, two counts of attempted theft less than $1,000 and one count each of attempted theft $100 to $1,500 and theft scheme $1,000 to $10,000.

Debra Hoyle, 52, of the 1800 block of Steven Street, was arrested Thursday for allegedly violating his probation in a case in which he’s guilty of second-degree assault.

Hope Maria Chambers, 32, of the 1700 bloc of Waltman Road, was charged Friday with second-degree assault.

Alyssa O’Brien, 20, of the 1700 block of Crimson Tree Way, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault.

Dawn Mary Northcutt, 55, of the 1200 block of Valley Leaf Court, and Richard John Ruffner, 58, of the 1200 block of Valley Leaf Court, were charged Sunday with theft $1,500 to $25,000 and theft scheme $1,500 to $25,000.

A theft was reported last Wednesday in the 1800 block of Pulaski Highway.

A vacant home in the 1600 block of Meadowood Court was broken into Thursday.

A vehicle was stolen Thursday from the 3100 block of Ebbtide Drive.

A woman who left her keys in the door of her house in the 1700 block of Fountain Rock Way came home and found her house was ransacked and things were missing Thursday.

Cigarettes and alcohol were stolen Friday from the 500 block of Edgewood Road.

A cane was stolen Friday from the 1500 block of Harford Square Drive.

A car in the 100 block of Jacob Street was vandalized Friday.

A student left Edgewood Middle School Friday after destroying property.

A woman stole a bag of groceries Saturday in the 2200 bloc of Hanson Road.

A theft was reported Saturday in the 1900 block of Pulaski Highway.

A window was broken to a vehicle Sunday in the 1900 block of Waltman Road.

Fallston

A back window blew out last Wednesday in the 700 block of Old Fallston Road.

A tiller was stolen Friday from the 2100 block of Arden Drive.

Forest Hill

Jordan Craig Kunkel, 26, o f the 100 block of Sunshine Court, was charged Thursday with eluding police by failing to stop, speeding and failure to stop after an accident.

Someone tried to break into a vehicle Friday in the 100 block of Spencer Circle.

Someone stole Friday from a store in the 2000 block of Rock Spring Road.

Havre de Grace

John Louis Grace III, 31, of the 800 block of Maryland Avenue who also has an address in the 1200 block of Pauls Lane in Joppa, was charged Thursday in three cases, two in which he’s charged with violating an ex parte order and one win which he’s charged with three counts of violating an ex parte order and telephone misuse by making repeat phone calls. He was also arrested for allegedly violating his probation in a case in which he’s guilty of violating an ex parte order.

William Jack Berry, 40, of the 100 block of North Earlton Road, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault and false imprisonment.

Havre de Grace Police reports:

Jeremy Allen Shipley, 38, of the 600 block of Erie Street, was charged Saturday with possession of drug paraphernalia and a drug other than marijuana.

James B. Marshburn, 19, of the 100 block of Bloomsbury Avenue, was charged Sunday with theft $100 to $1,500 and stealing another person’s credit card.

Four tires were slashed and a car was spray-painted Thursday in the 300 block of Oakway Court.

Someone’s property was destroyed Friday in the 300 block of Woltham Court.

A vehicle in the 1000 block of Pulaski Highway was vandalized Saturday.

A lockbox was missing Saturday to a home under construction in the 1400 block of Mandeville Road.

An air-conditioner was stolen Monday from the 500 block of Potomac Road.

Three special mobile equipment tags were missing Friday in the 3700 block of Bay Road.

Travis Joseph Crawford, 30, of the first block of Solar Circle in Parkville, was charged last Wednesday with first- and second-degree assault. H was also arrested for failing to appear for court in a case in which he was charged with driving without the required license and authorization.

David Allen Wright, 26, of the 5600 block of Plymouth road in Baltimore, was arrested last Wednesday for allegedly violating his probation in a case in which he was guilty of second-degree assault.

Alha Fofana, 36, of the 8900 block of Bold Street in Upper Marlboro who also has an address in the 1600 block of North Gilmore Street in Baltimore, was arrested last Wednesday for failing to appear four court in a case in which he was charged with driving under the influence of and while impaired by alcohol, driving while so fair impaired by drugs and alcohol he can’t drive safe, driving while his license was suspended and without the required license and authorization and driving a Class C vehicle without a Class C license.

Tyra Tyler, 32, of the 5700 block of Leiden Road in Baltimore, was arrested Thursday for failing to appear for court in two cases, one in which she’s charged with attempted theft less than $1,000 and one in which she’s charged with two counts of second-degree assault.

Desiree Wainwright, 56, of the 800 block of Twindleberry road in Middle River, was arrested Thursday for allegedly violating his probation in a case in which he was guilty of driving while impaired by alcohol.

Dorain Shropshire, 24, of the 4100 block of Slater Avenue in Nottingham, was charged Thursday with making a false statement to a police officer, possession of contraband in a place of confinement, narcotics possession with intent to distribute, drug possession other than marijuana, possessing or receiving drugs while in confinement and obstructing and hindering police.

Chad Nicholas Martinez, 32, of the 1700 block of Wilson Point Road in Middle River, was charged Friday with trespassing.

Bryce Renee Taylor, 19, of the 100 block of Augustine Road in North East, was charged Friday with failure to obey a lawful police order, resisting arrest and obstructing and hindering police.

George Ephrain Scott, 54, who has addresses in the 1100 block of Courtney Road in Halethorpe and the 8400 block of Stansbury Lake Drive in Dundalk, was charged Saturday in two Baltimore County cases, one in which he’s charged with failing to perform a contact and acting as a contractor without a license and one in which he’s charged with failing to perform a contact and two counts of acting as a contractor without a license. He was also arrested for failing to appear for court in three cases – one in Baltimore City and two in Baltimore County – in which he’s charged with several counts of selling home improvement without a license, failure to perform a contract, acting as a contractor without a license and failure to display his registration card on demand.
