Harford County police blotter

Recent reports of arrests and neighborhood incidents from police agencies serving Harford County.

Aberdeen

Emily Radcliffe, 27, of the 3500 Churchville Road, was arrested Tuesday for allegedly violating her probation in a case in which she was charged with driving without the required license and authorization.

Taylor Devin Jerrod Washington, 22, of the 300 block of Heron Street, was arrested Tuesday for failing to appear for court in a case in which he is charged with trespassing.

Aberdeen Police report:

Cody Joe Schiepan, 26, of Mohrsville, Pa., was charged Sunday with speeding, failure to obey properly placed traffic control device instructions, failing to stop at a red light, eluding police and turning off lights to avoid identification.

William Henry Presbury, 60, of the first block of Taft Street, was charged Monday with second-degree assault.

Sanchez Cason, 23, of the first block of Pritchard Avenue, was charged Tuesday with first-degree assault and obstruction of justice.

A theft was reported Wednesday in the 500 block of Ruby Drive.

Juveniles were riding four-wheelers in the 600 block of Aberdeen Thruway West on Wednesday.

Glass was shattered Wednesday at a house in the first block of Swan Street.

Abingdon

Carla Lynn Hough, 40, of the 400 block of Oakton Way, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault.

Tyrell Polley, 27, of the 700 block of Foxhall Drive, was charged last Friday with trespassing.

Christopher Greig, 47, of the 300 block of Silver Spring Drive, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault. He was also arrested for allegedly violating his probation in a case in which he was charged with second-degree assault.

Belcamp

Dominic Jerrod Hammond, 24, of the 1400 block of Dalmation Place, was charged Sunday in a Prince George’s County warrant with vandalism less than $1,000.

Tyrita Brockington, 28, of the 1200 block of Independence Square, was charged Tuesday with vandalism less than $1,000 and disorderly conduct.

Darlington

Ellis Walton Quick, 30, of the 4000 block of Conowingo Road, who also has an address in the 4300 block of Downs Square in Belcamp, was charged Monday with second-degree assault.

Edgewood

Larry Edward Knox, 49, of the 1300 block of Cedar Crest South, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault.

Kevin Antonio Rubino, 41, of the 1900 block of Chipper Drive, who also has an address in the 2100 block of Chapel Road in Havre de Grace, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault.

Kevin Cordell Benjamin, 23, of the 1700 block of Fountain Rock Way, was charged Monday with resisting arrest and obstructing and hindering police.

Christopher Lee Wilson, 50, of the 1800 block of Hanson Road, was charged Tuesday with first-degree assault, possession of a deadly weapon with intent to injure, concealing a dangerous weapon, negligent and reckless driving, driving under the influence of and while impaired by alcohol and driving under the influence of alcohol per se.

Havre de Grace

Tamantha Dawn Bellinger, 31, of the 500 block of Harbor Court, was charged last Friday with theft $100 to $1,500.

Havre de Grace Police report:

A package containing a radiator, valued at $300, was stolen Tuesday from a porch in the 200 block of South Freedom Lane. A brother and sister were charged with the theft through the Department of Juvenile Services.

A man tried to use a card to buy five packs of cigarettes Tuesday in the 500 block of North Union Avenue. When the card failed, the man gabbed the bag and ran out of the store. The theft was valued at $39.

A man stole items Wednesday from a store in the 400 block of South Juniata Street.

Gregory Buchanan, 62, of the 400 block of Dembytown Road, was arrested Tuesday for allegedly violating his probation in a case in which he was guilty of drug possession other than marijuana.

Whiteford

Robert Preston Day III, 32, of the 2500 block of Whiteford Road, was arrested Sunday as a fugitive from Pennsylvania.

Samantha Rhea Burley, 26, of the first block of North Collington Avenue in Baltimore, was charged last Friday with driving under the influence of and while impaired by alcohol, failure to stop after an accident involving property damage, failure to notify or locate the owner of unattended vehicle, eluding police and negligent driving.

William Christopher Payne, 26, of the 100 block of Elton Avenue in Baltimore, was charged last Friday with possession of more than 10 grams of marijuana.

Randall Christopher Semple, 29, of the 3300 block of Harford Road in Parkville, was charged Tuesday with unlawful taking of a motor vehicle.

Aaron Mitchell Pfeltz, 28, of the 400 block of North Street in Elkton, who also has an address in Annapolis, was arrested Tuesday for allegedly violating his probation in a case in which he was guilty of second-degree assault.

Alex Jordan Elza, 21, of the 800 block of Main Street in New Park, Pa., was arrested Tuesday for failing to appear for court in a case in which he is charged with driving while his license was suspended.
