Aberdeen

Omar Rashad Peau, 24, of the 600 block of Possom Trot Way, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault.

Anthony Joseph Schuster, 26, of the 3500 block of Churchville Road, was arrested Wednesday for failing to appear for court in a case in which he was charged with driving while his license was suspended and possessing a suspended license.

Aberdeen Police reports:

A theft was reported Sunday in the first block of Swan Street.

A window was shot out Sunday in the 900 block of Beards Hill Road.

A woman was slashing someone’s tires Sunday in the 100 block of Kretlow Drive.

A woman stole about $100 from Target Tuesday.

A theft was reported Wednesday in the 200 block of West Bel Air Avenue.

A money bag was stolen Wednesday from the first block of West Bel Air Avenue.

Abingdon

William Gyliby Smith, 47, of the 100 block of Glen View Terrace, who also has an address in the 800 block of Windstream Way, was arrested Tuesday for allegedly violating his probation in a case in which he was guilty of theft less than $100.

A package was found Monday on a front porch in the 200 block of Leastone Lane.

A woman was trying to steal items Tuesday from the 400 block of Constant Friendship Boulevard.

A vehicle in the 3400 block of Merchant Boulevard was broken into Tuesday; another vehicle was vandalized.

Bel Air

Brittan June Knopp, 23, of the 400 block of Underwood Circle, was charged Monday with second-degree assault.

A truck in the 1500 block of Meadow Court was broken into Monday.

Items were stolen Monday from in front of a garage in the 3000 block of Nova Scotia Road.

Drugs were found Monday in the 600 block of North Tollgate Road.

Car magnets were stolen Monday on North Avenue.

A vehicle was stolen Monday from the 1100 block of Jade Drive.

Items were stolen Tuesday from Wawa in the 600 block of Hoagie Drive.

Belcamp

Homeless people were trespassing Monday in the 1300 block of James Way.

A trailer was stolen Tuesday from the 4600 block of McCormick Drive.

A television was stolen Tuesday from the 1400 block of Golden Rod Court.

A theft was reported Tuesday from the 1300 block of Brass Mill Road.

Edgewood

Tocarra McAllister, 21, of the 2000 block of Watergate Court, who also has an address in the 800 block of Ermine Court, was arrested Monday for allegedly violating her probation in a case in which she’s guilty of unlawful taking of a motor vehicle.

Victor Montes, 28, of the 500 block of Candlewood Drive, was arrested Tuesday for failing to appear for court in a case in which he was charged with trespassing.

Darrell Carter, 21, of the 400 block of Buxton Court, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault and vandalism more than $1,000.

A vehicle was taken Monday without permission from the 1600 block of Swallow Crest Drive.

License plates were stolen Monday from a vehicle in the 2200 block of Pulaski Highway.

Five juveniles were stealing Monday from the 1700 block of Pulaski Highway, where items were also stolen from a Valentine’s stand.

Someone tried to kick in the door of a home Monday in the 200 block of Rockwell.

Two juveniles tried to steal from a woman Tuesday in the 2200 block of Willoughby Beach Road.

License plates were stolen Tuesday from the 1600 block of Candlewood Court.

Money was stolen Tuesday from the 2100 block of Brown Street.

A vehicle was stolen Wednesday from the 500 block of Jamestown Court.

Fallston

A woman was panhandling Monday in the median of Fallston Boulevard.

Someone smashed a window of a vehicle Monday in the 2400 block of Belair Road.

Items were stolen Tuesday from the 300 block of Fallston Boulevard.

Havre de Grace

Someone did doughnuts in the grass Monday in the fields in the 200 block of Chapel Road.

A truck was at a vacant house Tuesday in the 2200 block of Williams Drive and people were inside the house.

Havre de Grace Police reports:

Joseph Daniel Parrish, 26, was arrested Monday on a warrant charging him with five counts of rogue and vagabond, theft $100 to $1,500, theft less than $100 and drug possession other than marijuana.

Items were taken Wednesday from an office in the 1100 block of Revolution Street.

Jarrettsville

An ongoing theft problem was reported Monday in the 3900 block of Federal Hill Road.

Joppa

Andrew Joseph Upton, 32, of the first block of Neptune Drive, was arrested Monday for allegedly violating his probation in a case in which he was guilty of violating an ex parte order and theft less than $1,000.

Jeffery M. Strehlen, 28, of the 400 block of Trimble Road, was arrested Tuesday for allegedly violating his probation in a case in which he was guilty of fourth-degree burglary.

An air-conditioner was stolen Monday from the 500 block of Potomac Road and Wednesday from the 700 block of Philadelphia Road.

A phone was stolen Tuesday from the 200 block of Powdersby Road.

Kingsville

William Hora, 36, who has addresses in the 7600 block of Donny Terrace and the 12100 block of Belair Road, was charged Wednesday with speeding, failure to display his license and registration card on demand, failure to notify the administration of an address change, failure to attach registration plates to the front and rear, displaying registration plates for another vehicle, driving an uninsured and unregistered vehicle and giving a false name to police.

Whiteford

A theft was reported Tuesday from the 4600 block of Green Marble Road.

Shane Joseph Board, 23, of Irondale, Ohio, was charged Monday with unlawful taking of a motor vehicle and unauthorized removal of property.

Aurora Diane Davis, 49, of the 8100 block of Milford Garden Drive in Baltimore, who also has an address in the 2800 block of Claybrooke Drive in Windsor Mill, was charged Monday with driving while her license was suspended and failure to display her license on demand. She was arrested for failing to appear for court in a case in which she was charged with driving while her license was suspended.

David Allen Scott, 27, of the 1100 block of Pelhamwood Road in Parkville, who also has an address in the 2000 block of Paulette Road in Dundalk, was arrested Tuesday for allegedly violating his probation in a case in which he was guilty of driving while impaired by alcohol.

Joseph Johnson Jr., 29, of the 400 block of Piedmont Circle in York, Pa., was arrested Tuesday for failing to appear for court in a case in which he was charged with driving while his license was suspended and failure to display his license on demand.

Jordan David Beardsley, 27, of Newark, Del., was arrested Tuesday on a Cecil County warrant for failing to appear for court in a case in which he was charged with driving while his out-of-state license was suspended, displaying expired registration plates and driving without current registration plates or validation tabs.

Michael James Wallace, 39, of the 800 block of Rosedale Avenue in Rosedale, was charged Tuesday with eluding police, failing to stop after an accident involving damage, failure to control speed to avoid a collision, speeding, reckless and negligent driving, following a vehicle too closely, failure to drive right of center, unsafe lane changing, driving while his license was suspended, failure to obey properly placed traffic control device instructions, driving an uninsured vehicle and failing to attach registration plates to the front and rear.

Destinee Renee Wallace, 33, of the 800 block of Rosedale Avenue in Rosedale, was charged Tuesday with theft $100 to $1,500, theft scheme $100 to $1,500 and obstructing and hindering police.

Dontray Ellis Smith, 26, of the 2900 block of Berrywood Lane in Springdale, was charged Wednesday with violating an ex parte order, driving under the influence of alcohol per se, driving while impaired by and under the influence of alcohol and negligent driving.
