Thomas Gary Robinson, 20, of the 800 block of Garfield Road in Havre de Grace, was charged Thursday with theft less than $10,000, theft scheme less than $10,000 and less than $1,000 and two counts of theft less than $1,000.

Victoria Lee Simpeh, 31, of the 600 block of Cornell Street, and Shawn Patrick Brown, 31, of the 500 block of North Stokes Street in Havre de Grace, were charged Friday with robbery, second-degree assault and theft less than $100.

Aberdeen police were called to a home in the 300 block of Stevens Circle Thursday for a woman saying her mother's boyfriend and gang members are in the apartment threatening her mother and brother.
