Kyle Thomas Hawks, 23, of the 300 block of Irish Lane, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was guilty of vandalism less than $1,000 and another bench warrant for failing to appear for court in a date in a case in which he was charged with possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana.

Christy Leigh Herbert, 28, of the 200 block of Edmund Street, was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with driving without the required license and authorization and not wearing a seat belt.

A counterfeit bill was used Tuesday in the 400 block of Constant Friendship Boulevard.

A vehicle was vandalized Tuesday on Wegmans Boulevard.

Glass was broken out of a truck Monday in the 2700 block of Stanley Drive.

Ivan Enrique Molin Bustamante, 21, of the 800 block of High Plain Drive, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant for allegedly violating probation in a case in which he was charged with second-degree assault.

Zachary Robert Kelly, 22, of the 1700 block of Stone Ridge Court, was charged Wednesday with drug possession other than marijuana, possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana and distributing narcotics.

A vehicle in the 1400 block of St. Francis Road was vandalized Tuesday.

Michael Anthony Terre Hopkins, 18, of the 100 block of Stillmeadow Drive, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with driving even though his license was suspended.

Brandon M. Baier, 21, of the 600 block of Holly Avenue, was charged Tuesday with theft less than $1,000, illegally carrying a handgun and failure to obey a lawful police order.

Maurice Devon Powell, 33, of the 900 block of Woodbridge Court, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with speeding and driving even though his license was suspended and revoked.

Victor Daniel Montes, 24, of the 500 block of Candlewood Drive, was charged Wednesday with driving even though his license was suspended, eluding a police officer, not using a traffic signal and failing to stop at a stop line.

Dan Edwards Jr., 45, of the 1900 block of Brookside Drive, was charged Wednesday with drug possession other than marijuana.

Trevon L. Akins, 18, of the 700 block of Monticello Court, was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree burglary and vandalism less than $1,000.

A 17-year-old student at Edgewood High School was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault, disorderly conduct and disturbing school operations after she got into a fight with a 16-year-old student, whom she allegedly punched in the face and pulled her hair, according to the Harford County Sheriff's Office.

Two 12-year-old girls were charged Tuesday with second-degree assault and disturbing school operations after they got in a fight at Edgewood Middle School, according to the sheriff's office. A teacher got involved to separate the students, neither of whom was hurt.

A Chihuahua was reported stolen Tuesday from the 1700 block of Edgewood Road.

A caller said it appeared a vacant home was broken into and vandalized.

A second-floor window at Fallston Middle School was damaged by what appeared to be a bullet around 11:30 p.m. Sunday, according to the sheriff's office.

Forest Hill

A surround sound system was reported stolen Tuesday in the 2000 block of Pointview Circle.

A door was found open Wednesday by a resident of the 200 block of Rachel Circle upon returning home.

Jarrettsville

Two children were sitting in the front of a pickup truck Saturday in the 3700 block of Federal Hill Road.

Naked people were reported in the road Saturday at Route 24 and St. Clair Bridge Road.

Kyra L. Compton, 18, of the 1200 block of Joppa Farm Road, was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree burglary. She was also charged theft less than $1,000, second-degree assault and disorderly conduct in connection with an incident in July.

Melissa Singleton, 46, of the 5100 block of West Heaps Road, was charged Tuesday with theft between $1,000 and $10,000.

Vehicles were racing Tuesday in a parking lot in the 200 block of Pylesville Road.
