Lisa Armstrong, 40, who has addresses in the first block of Robin Hood Road and the first block of Shady Street in Delta, Pa., was arrested Monday on a bench warrant in a case in which she is charged with second-degree assault.

She was also arrested as a fugitive from Pennsylvania.

Ivan Ramirez, 23, of the 2500 block of Whiteford Road, was charged Sunday with failure to control speed to avoid a collision, negligent driving, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol per se and driving while impaired by alcohol.

Marco Reyes-Anchante, 41, of the 500 block of Capobianco Plaza in Rahway, N.J., was charged Saturday with negligent driving, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol per se, driving while impaired by alcohol and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.

Christopher George Sammons, who is 48 or 49 and has addresses in Newport News, Va., and in Medford, N.J., was charged Monday with failure to display a registration card on demand, failure to obey designated lane directions, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol, negligent driving and unsafe lane changing.

David Abram Rosenbloom, 24, of the 10400 block of Democracy Lane in Potomac, was charged Monday with failure to obey a lawful police order, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. He was also charged with speeding, unauthorized display and use of a registration plate, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, eluding police by failing to stop and willfully disobeying a lawful order and direction of a police officer.
