Kenneth Miller, 55, whose address was listed as Comfort Inn in Aberdeen, was charged Saturday with having an alcoholic beverage in a retail area and disturbing the peace.

Keith Teddy Eliely, 33, of the 300 block of Stevens Circle, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Lawrence Gary Hillis, 62, of the first block of Higan Court in Rosedale, was charged Monday with failing to appear in court for a case in which he was charged with theft less than $100.
