Shalise E. Winder, 36, of the 1600 block of Swallow Crest Court, was charged Friday with obtaining drugs by fraud, distributing narcotics and two counts each of drug possession other than marijuana and narcotics possession with intent to distribute.

Shauntae Laureen McGill, 25, of the 500 block of Windsong Drive, was charged Saturday with possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of drug possession other than marijuana.

Jophurius Keith Dominique, 26, of the 100 block of East Deen Street, was charged Saturday with possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of drug possession other than marijuana.

Kenneth Miller, 55, of the first block of East Bel Air Avenue, who also has an address in Capitol Heights, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault.

Lorie Christine Myers, 42, of the 2500 block of Parliament Drive, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault.

Someone was shoplifting Friday on Wegmans Boulevard.

Kevin Lyle Braxton, 50, of the 2500 block of North Longwood Street in Baltimore, was arrested Thursday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with theft less than $1,000, failure to stop at a stop sign, turning without signaling, reckless and negligent driving, failure to obey properly placed traffic control devices, failure to drive right of center, following a vehicle too closely, speeding, eluding police by fleeing on foot and by failing to stop.
