Wayne Eugene Carter Jr., 32, of the 400 block of Windemere Drive, was charged Sept. 14 with having a vehicle lamp that projects a glaring and dazzling light, negligent and reckless driving, driving without the required license and authorization, driving under the influence of alcohol per se, driving while impaired by alcohol and having a passenger younger than 16 in the car not wearing a seat belt.

Kristin Nicole Antlitz, 24, of the 400 block of Wynmar Avenue, was arrested Sept. 15 on a bench warrant for allegedly violating probation in a case in which she is guilty of driving without the required license and authorization.

David Bernard McFadden, 53, of the first block of Mount Royal Avenue, was arrested Thursday on a Cecil County bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with theft less than $1,000 and writing a bad check more than $500.

Jessica Mary Hubbard, 22, of the 3200 block of Wilson Avenue, was arrested Friday on a bench warrant in a case in which she failed to appear for court in a case in which she was charged with driving while her license was suspended.

Park Arthur Snyder Jr., 58, of the 1900 block of Southridge Drive, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol per se, driving while impaired by alcohol, negligent driving and failure to obey properly controlled traffic device instructions.

Marques Jermaine Gregory, 27, of the 1000 block of Crimson Tree Way, was arrested Friday on a bench warrant in a case in which he failed to appear for court in a case in which she was charged with driving while her license was suspended.

Juan Hernandez, 27, of the 400 block of Winterberry Drive, was charged Friday with failure of a driver in an accident to notify the owner of unattended property damage, failure to give insurance information, driving without the required license and authorization and failure to remain at the scene of an accident.

Ryan Ashley Glassman, 25, of the 1800 block of Emily Drive, was arrested Saturday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with fourth-degree burglary and vandalism less than $1,000.

Latoie Shaurol Pinckney, 22, of the 800 block of Windstream Way, was arrested Sunday on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with driving without the required license and authorization, driving while his out-of-state license was suspended, driving while his out-of-state license was suspended because he failed to pay fines, driving with a suspended registration, failure to maintain security for the registration period, driving an uninsured vehicle and failure to surrender registration evidences within 48 hours of notice of suspension.

Robert Monroe Bean, 23, of the 700 block of Sequoia Drive, was charged Monday with second-degree assault.

A 2-year-old girl was taken to the hospital Thursday as a precaution after her mother thought she might have swallowed an Oxycodone pill from an old pill bottle, according to the Sheriff's Office. The girl was conscious and alert.

Two bullet holes were found Thursday in a back door in the 1900 block of Pulaski Highway.

Someone was dumping trash Friday in the 2100 block of Cedar Drive.

A girl told police Friday she and a friend were walking in the 1900 block of Edgewater Drive between 6 p.m. and 7 when three other students pulled up in a car, stopped and got out and started hitting and kicking the girl, according to the sheriff's office. A football coach hit a child Friday in the 600 block of Trimble Road. The coach told deputies he slapped his son's helmet to motivate him; the child said the same thing, according to the Sheriff's Office. No charges were filed.
