Darrell D. Lyons, 20, of the 400 block of Washington Street, was arrested Thursday on an alleged violation of probation in a case in which he was guilty of possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana.

Aira Darice Smith, 23, of the 100 block of Bouzarth Lane, was arrested Thursday on an alleged violation of probation in a case in which she was charged with theft less than $1,000.

Beth Ann Smith, 30, of the 100 block of Holloway Lane, was arrested Friday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with driving without the required license and authorization.

Tyrell Polley, 24, of the 200 block of Mayberry Drive, was charged Friday with possession of marijuana and drug possession with intent to distribute.

Michael A. Washington, 27, who is listed as homeless and as having an address in the first block of New County Road, was arrested Sunday for allegedly violating his probation in two cases in which he was guilty of being a rogue and vagabond and possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana.

Talicia Maria Taylor, 21, of the first block of Rigdon Road, was arrested Monday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with second-degree assault.

Bel Air

Eric M. Puleio, 48, of the 1400 block of North Fountain Green Road, was charged Aug. 24 with willfully discharging a firearm, reckless endangerment, endangerment with an alcoholic beverage, first- and second-degree assault and vandalism less than $1,000. He allegedly shot a black handgun in the back yard of his property; the bullet allegedly was shot into a neighbor's house on Eagle Ridge Run, where it went through a dresser, through a wall, ricocheted off a light fixture and hallway wall then passed between a man and his computer before hitting a file cabinet and landing on the floor, according to charging documents.

Paula Lee Halligan, 51, of the 500 block of Camelot Drive, was charged Saturday with possession of contraband in a place of confinement and three counts of drug possession other than marijuana. According to charging documents, Halligan was serving a weekend sentence and was hiding several pills under the bed in her cell. A urinalysis indicated she had opiates in her system, according to the documents.

Christopher Michael Benner, 25, of the 1200 block of Pepperwood Springs Way, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol, failure to obey properly placed traffic control device instructions and failure to drive on the right half of the road.

Clayton James King, 36, of the 1500 block of Brierhill Estates Drive, was charged Monday with having an open alcoholic beverage in a retail establishment, having an alcoholic beverage in a retail area, disorderly conduct and theft less than $100.

Ten to 12 gunshots were heard Thursday in the 1300 block of Merry Hill Court.

A vehicle was keyed Thursday in the 600 block of Hoagie Drive.

A motorcycle was stolen Thursday from the 2100 block of North Fountain Green Road.

He allegedly hit another man several times during a fight, according to charging documents, and pulled the trigger of a gun several times, but it did not fire.

Medication was stolen Thursday from the 1200 block of Pearson Place

An aluminum soccer goal was stolen Thursday from the 1100 block of Belcamp Garth.

An iPad was stolen Saturday from the 1400 block of Golden Rod Court.

Tools were stolen from a truck Sunday in the 300 block of Golden Eagle Way.

Darlington

Daniel John Foard, 23, of the 3600 block of Dublin Road, was charged Sunday with possession of drugs and with narcotics with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, a drug other than marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Danielle N. Privett, 41, of the 1800 block of Robinson Mill Road, was charged Sunday with violating an ex parte order.

A house in the 2100 block of Glen Cove Road was broken into Saturday.

Edgewood

Ronald C. Turmon, 27, of the 1700 block of Crimson Tree Way, was charged Aug. 24 with first- and second-degree assault. Two men had brought a woman with a gunshot wound to her head to the emergency room at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center; she was subsequently flown to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, according to charging documents. The two men gave conflicting stories as to how the woman was shot before one of them allegedly admitted to doing it, according to the documents.

Jason Lewis Strozier, 31, of the 2000 block of Magnolia Woods Court, was arrested Thursday on a bench warrant for failing to appear for court in a case in which he is charged with second-degree assault, second-degree assault on law enforcement or parole and probation officer and resisting arrest.

Kyle Aaron Plummer, 24, of the 2000 block of Brown Street, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault.

Joshua Michael Cummings, 24, of the 800 block of Meadowood Court and the 1200 block of White Avenue in Rosedale, was arrested Friday for allegedly violating probation in a case in which he was guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving under the influence of alcohol per se.

Timothy Scott Rogers, 19, of the 600 block of Buoy Court, was charged Saturday with vandalism less than $1,000.

Nichole Marie Leyhe, 33, of the 1700 block of Judy Way, was arrested Saturday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with failure to remain at the scene of an accident with property damage, failure to display a license on demand and driving without the required license and authorization. She was charged in Baltimore County with obtaining drugs by fraud, obtaining drugs using a forged prescription and possessing a forged prescription.

Megan Kuykendall, 19, of the 400 block of Trimble Field Drive and the 2900 block of Brightwater Lane in Abingdon, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault.

Carl Anthony Walker, 48, of the 800 block of Windstream Way, was charged Sunday with violating an ex parte order.

Rene Hernandez, 22, of the 100 block of Ryder Court, was charged Monday with driving without the required minimum equipment and driving without the required license and authorization.

A woman told police at 3:34 p.m. Thursday she was walking behind a building in the 1000 block of Gateway Road and saw a man wearing a green tank top and gold shorts watching her. She said another man in a black polo and khaki shorts, whose face was covered, approached her with a handgun and started talking to her, according to the Harford County Sheriff's Office. The woman ran and was not injured or robbed. Police searched the area, but could not find anyone matching those descriptions.

Around 12:50 a.m. Friday, a cab driver in the 1800 block of Pulaski Highway told police two men with a BB gun tried to rob him. He said he had been dispatched to the 600 block of Burlington Court, where the two men had gotten in his cab and shown a gun; the cab driver said he thought the gun was fake and grabbed it, according to the Harford County Sheriff's Office. One of the two men hit the cab driver in the back of the head and ran off. The driver was not injured and refused medical attention.

Someone was exposing himself Thursday to a female employee in the 1900 block of Pulaski Highway.

Steven L. Smith, 24, of the 700 block of Middlesex Street in Essex, was charged Aug. 20 with three counts of first-degree burglary, two counts of theft less than $1,000 and one count of theft $1,000 to $10,000.

Joseph G. Alley, 23, of the first block of Windmill Road in Conowingo, was charged Sept. 3 with first- and second-degree assault following an incident of road rage. The two were arguing and pulled off to the side of eastbound Pulaski Highway at West Shore Drive and Alley pulled out a knife and approached the other driver, according to charging documents. The victim said he stayed in his car, pushed the Onstar button to call police and displayed his pocket knife, according to the documents.

Ronald Greenlee, 70, of the 100 block of Baptist Side Road in Old Fort, N.C., was charged Thursday with having a handgun in his vehicle and carrying a handgun.

Corey Jermaine Nelson, 27, of the 200 block of Lynhaven Drive in Alexandria, Va., was arrested Thursday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana.

Laura Dunnigan, 52, of Overview Road in Stewartstown, Pa., was arrested Friday for failing to appear for court in a case in which she is charged with theft between $10,000 and $100,000 and two counts each of theft $1,000 to $10,000 and theft less than $1,000.

Haley Marie Russell, 21, of the 200 block of North Church Street in Charlestown, W.Va., who was being held at Harford County Detention Center, was arrested Friday as a fugitive from West Virginia.

Timothy Shaun Fitzgerald, 45, of the first block of Goram Road in Brogue, Pa., was charged Sunday with possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana.
