Jonathan A. Waldon, 53, of the 100 block of Hamilton Avenue, was charged Friday with malicious destruction of property valued at $1,000.
Gary Izell Osborne, 24, of the 400 block of Ruby Drive, was charged Saturday with possessing counterfeit drugs with the intent to distribute and resisting or interfering with arrest.
Eric Christopher Briggs, 38, of the first block of Valley Bottom Road, was arrested on a bench warrant Sunday on charges of theft between $1,000 to under $10,000, theft less than $1,000, conspiracy to commit theft less than $1,000, theft less than $100, possession of drugs and other charges.

A Perryman man was shot accidentally in Bel Air Monday morning, police said. Edward Hopkins, spokesman for the Harford County Sheriff's Office, said a group of people were visiting with a friend early Monday morning. The Perryman man asked the homeowner to see his registered gun, Hopkins said. He said when the victim handed the gun back to the owner it accidentally went off and the victim was shot in stomach. Hopkins said the man was driven to Upper Chesapeake Medical Center by friends and later transported to shock trauma in Baltimore. Hopkins said no charges have been filed.
