Terry Scott Wilkins, 19, of the first block of Valley Bottom Road, was arrested Friday on a bench warrant in a case in which he is facing two counts of theft between $1,000 and $10,000.
Steven Michael Mack, 35, of the first block of East Bel Air Avenue, was arrested Saturday on a bench warrant on charges of theft less than $100 and conspiracy to commit theft less than $100.
A masked man with a knife robbed a person in the 800 block of West Bel Air Avenue Saturday.
