Aberdeen

Benjamin Gullion, 30, of the 1400 block of Old Philadelphia Road, was charged Thursday with theft less than $100.

Aberdeen Police reports:

Tiffany Ann Lombardi, 44, of the first block of Taft Street, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault.

Omar Jody James, 35, of the 400 block of Village Drive in Havre de Grace, was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia and a drug other than marijuana.

Items were stolen last Wednesday from Wawa in the 200 block of North Philadelphia Boulevard.

Someone was begging for money last Wednesday in the 100 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard.

A theft was reported Thursday from 7-Eleven in the 600 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard.

Money was stolen Thursday from Walmart.

A theft was reported Friday from the service department in the 1100 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard.

A homeless person was living under a tarp in the 200 block of Schmechel Street, a caller reported Friday.

Items were stolen Saturday from a vehicle in the 100 block of East Deen Avenue.

A license plate was stolen Sunday from the 500 block of Plaza Court.

Someone was soliciting Monday on Warwick Drive.

The Sheriff’s Office and State Police reports:

Abingdon

Randall Pettit, 54, of the 1000 block of West Viking Court who also has an address in Pasadena, was charged last Wednesday with drug possession other than marijuana.

Luis Carlos Rivera, 29, of the 4000 block of Timothy Drive, was arrested last Wednesday for allegedly violating his probation in a case in which he was guilty of second-degree assault.

Bel Air

Tyler Joseph Bussenius, 23, of the 1200 block of Cheshire Lane, was charged last Wednesday with violating an ex parte order.

Steven Wayne Kelley, 38, of the first block of Overbook Drive, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of and while impaired by alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol per se, driving without the required license and authorization, following a vehicle too closely, failure to display two lighted front lamps, failure to display red lights on rear lamps and reflectors and speeding.

Bel Air Police reports:

A homeless man was bothering customers Thursday on Fulford Avenue.

A vehicle was stolen Friday from the 200 block of Crocker Drive.

Jamel Markeus Gun, 37, of the 1500 block of Harford Square Drive who has an address in the 1600 block of Montpieler Street in Baltimore, was charged Friday with possessing or purchasing a non-controlled substance.

Ryan Braun, 19, of the 600 block of HarrPark Court, was charged Friday with second-degree assault.

Sequoia Adriana Minor, 26, of the 400 block of Burnley Court, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault.

Forest Hill

Richard John Tobin, 22, of the 700 block of Pheasant Drive, was arrested last Wednesday as a fugitive from Pennsylvania.

Travis Eugene Duncan, 26, of the 1900 block of High Point Drive, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault.

Havre de Grace

Shannon Wedding, 39, of the 100 block of Gracecroft Drive, was arrested Thursday for failing to appear for court in a case in which she is charged with driving while her out-of-state license was suspended and driving without the proper license and authorization.

Havre de Grace Police reports:

Jewelry was stolen Saturday from the 700 block of Tydings Road.

Medication was taken Monday from an unlocked vehicle in the 200 block of South Freedom Lane.

A package was stolen Monday from the 100 block of Vancherie Court.

Paul Edward Depew, 62, of the 2300 block of Orsburn Lane, was charged Friday with second-degree assault.

Dominic Michael Diblasi, 21, of the first block of Cart Drive who also has an address in the 800 block of Hurley Court in Bel Air, was charged Sunday with first- and second-degree assault and two counts of reckless endangerment. He was charged Monday with second-degree assault and possession of a dangerous weapon with intent to injure.

Whiteford

Jason Henning, 34, of the 1600 block of Dooley Road, was charged last Wednesday with telephone misuse by making repeat phone calls and two counts of violating an ex parte order.

Wesley Joseph Simon, 19, of the 1700 block of Ridge Road, was charged Saturday with unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, theft $1,500 to $25,000, altering physical evidence in a criminal procedure and failure to obey a lawful police order.

Other reports

Cody A. Rich, 24, of the 100 block of Hill Street in Mount Airy, was arrested last Wednesday on an Anne Arundel County warrant in a case in which he is charged with trespassing, disorderly conduct and two counts of vandalism less than $1,000.

Amanda Lee Black, 39, who has addresses in Riveria Beach and Pasadena, was charged last Wednesday with drug possession other than marijuana.

Kenneth Collins III, 30, of the 8600 block of Ridge Town Drive in Nottingham who also has an address in the 5900 block of Beile Vista Avenue in Baltimore, was charged last Wednesday in a Baltimore County warrant with violating an ex parte order, second-degree assault, vandalism less than $1,000 and theft $100 to $1,500.

Matthew K. Kumar, 27, of the 6400 block of Earlham Drive in Bethesda, was charged last Wednesday with two counts of drug possession other than marijuana, failure to obey properly placed traffic contorl device instructions, negligent driving, driving while impaired by drugs and driving while so far impaired by drugs and/or alcohol he can’t drive safely.

Dimitri Raynin, 29, of Staten Island, N.Y., was charged last Wednesday with three counts of drug possession other than marijuana.

Perciles Justin Cabrera, 26, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged last Wednesday with drug possession other than marijuana.

Deshon Ray Thomas, 34, of Wainwright, N.J., was arrested Thursday as a fugitive from New York.

Alpha Fofana, 35, of the 1600 block of North Gilmor Street in Baltimore, was arrested Thursday on a Prince George’s County warrant for failing to appear for court in a case in which he was charged with failure to display his license and registration on demand, driving while his license was suspended and without the required license and authorization, displaying expired registration plates, driving without current license plates, failure to attach registration plates at the front and rear, driving under the influence of and while impaired by alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol per se, driving while so fair impaired by drugs and/or alcohol he can’t drive safely, failure to drive right of center, unsafe lane changing, negligent and reckless driving, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and other registration violations.

Lakia Michelle Campbell, 43, of New Castle, Del., was arrested Friday for failing to appear for court in a case in which she is charged with making a false statement and in a case in which she is charged with failure to attach registration plates to front and rear, unauthorized use/display of a registration plate, driving while her registration was suspended, driving an uninsured vehicle and driving while her out-of-state license was suspended.

Savon McGraw, 24, of the first block of Stonemark Court in Owings Mills who also has an address in the 900 block of Druid Park Lake Drive in Baltimore, was arrested Friday for allegedly violating his probation in a case in which he was guilty of failure to return a rented vehicle.

Sean M. Schmidt, 25, of the 2600 block of North Calvert Street in Baltimore who also has an address in the 5800 block of Charles Cannon Road in Marion Station, was arrested Friday for allegedly violating his probation in a case in which he was guilty of drug possession other than marijuana.

Brandon Tayvon Jackson, 27, of the 14000 block of 4th Street in Laurel, was charged Saturday with vandalism less than $1,000, failure to obey a lawful police order and disorderly conduct.

Shawn Nixon, 42, of Philadelphia, Pa., and Anthony Lamont Hughes, 35, also of Philadelphia, were charged Sunday with having a handgun on a person and in a vehicle, illegal possession of ammunition, possession of a firearm with drugs and possession of a firearm as a convicted felon.

Adrien Washington, 27, who has addresses in the 21700 block of Eric Road in Lexington Park and the 3500 block of Cottage Avenue in Baltimore, was charged Monday in two Baltimore County cases in which he is charged with second-degree assault.
