The Harford County Contractors Association recently honored its 2016 scholarship recipients during a reception at the Main Street Tower Restaurant in Bel Air.
This year the association awarded 10 scholarships, which are funded through its annual golf tournament.
This year's recipients are:
• Anita Chaudhari, studying nursing at Harford Community College;
• Jill Flenner, studying kinesiology/pre-physical therapy at the University of Maryland College Park;
• Ryan Flenner, studying accounting at Salisbury University;
• Kathryn Francis, studying psychology at Towson University;
• Hannah Hiob, studying occupational therapy at CCBC;
• Bryan Jirsa, studying physical education and health at Towson University;
• Ann Johnson, studying kinesiology at the University of Maryland College Park;
• Nicholas Kress, studying accounting at Methodist University;
• Robert Marconi, studying business at Towson University;
• Cameron Swanson, studying biophysics at George Washington University.
