With turkey leftovers in the fridge and shoppers down for the county after Black Friday deals, it's time to switch holiday gears.
Christmas is officially in full swing in Harford and Cecil counties and weekends until the end of the year are jam-packed with merry events that are sure to delight even Santa Claus.
Bel Air
The 23rd annual Bel Air Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting will be held from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. Dec. 2 in Downtown Bel Air.
It all starts with a concert from the Patrick Redmond Band on Main Street. The parade, which goes from Churchville Road to Lee Street, will begin at 3:30 p.m. with marching bands from Bel Air, C. Milton Wright, John Carroll, Joppatowne, Patterson Mill, Fallston and Edgewood high schools performing.
Hot chocolate and cookies, provided by Coffee Coffee and Wegmans, will be served between 4 and 5 p.m. accompanied by Christmas carols in Shamrock Park and will feature the Bel Air Community Band.
The tree lighting at 5 p.m. will close out the celebration.
The Chesapeake Cancer Alliance Christmas House Tour is back Dec. 15 from 1 to 6 p.m.
Eight homes in the Bel Air area will be decked out for the holidays and will welcome people to enjoy the decorations.
Bel Air Presbyterian Church on Main Street will be open for refreshments.
Tickets are $18 pre-sale and $20 at the door and sold at Kroh's Nursery, Preston's Stationery, Simply Grande Home Furnishings, Jonathan's Weddings and Flowers, La Chic Salon and Bulle Rock Community Center.
All money raised will be donated to services of Cancer LifeNet at Upper Chesapeake Health.
Aberdeen
For the 36th year, Aberdeen's Christmas Street welcomes Santa and Mrs. Claus to the city for a day of holiday fun on Dec. 1.
The day starts with a breakfast with Santa at Grace United Methodist Church on Bel Air Avenue from 7 to 11 a.m.
The Christmas craft fair will be held at the Aberdeen Fire Department on Rogers Street from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m..
Crafts, gifts and decorations will be available for holiday shopping and lunch will be served by the fire department.
From 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Aberdeen Room Museum and Archives on Howard Street will host an open house with punch and cookies.
Back at Grace United Methodist Church, Aberdeen High School's a Capella choir will sing Christmas carols at 2 p.m., then Jammin' Country Dancers will take over at 2:30 p.m. with a variety of holiday tunes.
Finally, the Christmas Street Parade will begin at 3 p.m. at West Bel Air Avenue with Santa and Mrs. Claus arriving on their sleigh.
Perryville
The town's Christmas tree lighting ceremony will take place 4 to 5:30 p.m. Dec. 8 at Lower Ferry Park across from Rodgers Tavern.
Everyone is invited to sing Christmas carol, participate in kids activities and share some refreshments with Santa.
Port Deposit
The Port Deposit Heritage Corporation hosts the town's candlelight tour from noon to 5 p.m. Dec. 1.
The self-guided tour through historic Port Deposit allows people to view homes decorated for the holidays and architecture throughout the town.
Tickets, available at the Paw Paw Museum on Main Street and Cecil National Bank, are $15 per person with all proceeds going to the museum and preservation projects.

Havre de Grace
The city's Christmas parade and tree lighting ceremony will start at 6 p.m. Dec. 7 on St. John Street, processing down to Washington Street and culminating with lighting the tree.
The Lockhouse Museum will hold its 40th annual candlelight tour of historic Havre de Grace 4 to 8 p.m. Dec. 9.
Enjoy the city's historic homes and decorations for Christmas while singing along with Christmas carolers.
Tickets are $15 per person, or $13 for groups of five or more. The tour begins at the Susquehanna Museum on Conesteo Street.
Rounding out the holiday season is the 14th annual outdoor nativity scene contest.
