Charm City Concierge to support tenants within The Gate at APG

Charm City Concierge has been chosen by St. John Properties to support the approximately 45 companies within The GATE project at Aberdeen Proving Ground, with a full complement of business and personal concierge services.
St. John Properties has developed 12 office or research and development buildings within the past four years, totaling more than 675,000 square feet of space at The GATE, a 416-acre business community. Approximately 2,200 employees work at The GATE on a daily basis, which represents 10 percent of the entire workforce on APG.
Typical services provided by Charm City Concierge include arranging for on-site or off-site luncheons and dinner programs; coordinating special events; making travel arrangements; acquiring tickets to sporting events, concerts and other entertainment venues; managing corporate awards and recognition programs; and handling day-to-day convenience assignments such as ordering flowers and arranging for dry cleaning. Other specialty services include the coordination of pet-sitting services, house cleaning, personal chef services, grocery delivery, limousine and sedan services and special charter trips.
St. John Properties has the capacity to build up to two million square feet of Class "A" multi-story and single-story office space, as well as research and development flex/office and retail space at The GATE. The project is the central location for contractors and agencies that support APG, with tenants including The Boeing Company, CACI, General Dynamics, CSC, Raytheon, Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), Engility, DSCI and Lockheed Martin.

The GATE is a 416-acre, state-of-the-art office and technology business park immediately inside the main entrance to Aberdeen Proving Ground. Over the anticipated 10-year build-out of The GATE project, St. John Properties is developing the park to lease to government sector and non-sector users.
