Harford Christian blanks Harford Tech 8-0 in boys soccer action

The Harford Christian Eagles stormed to a boys soccer victory Tuesday night, bashing the visiting Harford Tech Cobras, 8-0.

Seth McCarty led the Eagles' offensive outburst, scoring four times and dishing out two assists. Three of McCarty's goals came in the opening half.

Alex Caldwell scored twice and posted two assists in the victory, while Ian Edwards and Luke Fletcher each had one goal. Paul Franco and Jay Shin each handed out one assist for the Eagles.

Harford Christian led, 5-0, at halftime.

Patterson Mill over Aberdeen

Patterson Mill defeated visiting Aberdeen, 4-1, in a Tuesday boys soccer contest.

The winning side's scoring was evenly distributed, with Colin Pabst, Jake Ross, Chris Jones and Caleb Hebb each notching one goal. Hebb, Chris Jones, Tommy O'Neill and Larsen Green all had one assist.

Patterson Mill goalie Kevin Neumann posted five saves.

North Harford beats Edgewood

Playing on the road Tuesday afternoon, the North Harford Hawks picked up a 4-1 win over the Edgewood Rams.

Mic Green scored twice for the Hawks, while Tyler Grubb and Mike Boyko each netted one goal. Cameron Brosch had two assists and Boyko picked up one.

Edgewood's lone goal was scored by Tyler Hofmann.
