In final regular season boys lacrosse acrtion on Monday, Aberdeen beat visiting Dundalk, 15-4, in non-league play.
Ethan Mauzy scored four goals to pace the Eagles (6-5 overall), while Matt Wassin added three goals. Other players with multiple goals were Jon Jones, Kyle Peters and Keenan Villareal, who each scored two goals and assisted on another.
Aberdeen keeper Luke Whittie made 12 saves.
Cougars win two
With playoffs looming in the middle of next week, several Harford boys lacrosse teams were in action Friday. Some in league play, others not.
In UCBAC Chesapeake Division play, Fallston (5-1 league, 10-4 overall) defeated host North Harford, 11-5. The Cougars led at the half, 5-3.
Fallston scoring was led by Brendan Nolan's three goals, while Tommy Kisielnicki, Ben Claffee and Nick Esser scored two goals each. Wesley Rumple and Brad Smith added single goals.
Dylan Wolf dished out four assists, while single assists were credited to Claffee, Justin Williams, Rumple and Esser.
North Harford (1-5 league, 6-8 overall) had single goals scored by Will Duley, Chandler Schmidt, Mike Boyko, Neil Johnson and Clayton Hood.
Evan Siegel added two assists and single assists came from Schmidt and Ryan Feiss.
Fallston goalie Liam Wilcox had six saves and North Harford keeper Cameron Brosh had 14.
The Cougars also won Saturday morning at Havre de Grace in Chesapeake play. Fallston led, 4-0, after one quarter, en route to a 14-4 win.
Nick Esser scored four goals to lead Fallston, while Cougars scoring two goals each were Andy Stump, Garrett Krug and Dylan Wolf. Steven Ernst, Tommy Kisielnicki, Ben Claffee and Brendan Nolan.
Kyle Barkley scored twice to pace the Warriors (3-3 league, 9-5 overall). Nick Burley and Luke Smith added single goals.
Fallston played two goalies with Liam Wilcox making three saves in the first half and Matt Claffee recording five saves in half number two. Havre de Grace goalie Jacob Laubner finished with 11 saves.
Bobcats cruise past Gators
Bel Air closed out the regular season with a 14-0 non-league win at Perry Hall. The Bobcats (12-2 overall) led at the half, 9-0.
Tom Pfeiffer tossed in five goals to lead the winners and Calvin Fleagle added three goals. Justin Calabrese netted a pair of goals, while single goals were scored by Brad Casale, Kasey Davenport, Carter Hofmann and Dave Lotz.
Pfeiffer added three assists and Fleagle had two. Casale, Garrett Utz, Joe Creaghan, Calabrese and Caleb Rollins also had assists.
Bel Air played three goalies with Gavin Hanley and Tamar Reese each making two saves and Hanson Egerland making one.
Mustangs beat Tigers
C. Milton Wright was a winner in Chesapeake play, beating host Rising Sun, 8-5. The Mustangs (3-3 league, 4-7 overall) led, 3-1, at the half.
Manny Mastromanolis scored three goals to pace CMW and Andrew Mastromanolis added two goals. Dominic Venanzi, Kenneth Watts and Brad Martin had single goals.
Venanzi also had two assists, with single assists credited to Jacob Smucker, Michael Logan and Manny Mastromanolis.
CMW played two goalies. Phillip Venanzi recorded five saves and Mark Mayne had two.
Cobras beat Panthers
Harford Tech visited Perryville in Susquehanna Division play and won, 11-9.
Tyler Fullem (three assists) and Griffin Pfarr each scored four goals for Tech (5-2 league, 7-5 overall) and Nate Haskell added three assists. Scoring single goals for the Cobras were Tom Burley, Steven Mills and Mike Mentzer. Chris Stallings had a big night in the goal, recording 21 saves.
Patterson Mill hosted Winters Mill and dropped the non-league game, 6-5.
Noah Holloway led the Huskies (7-7 overall) with two goals and single goals were scored by Sean Chenworth, Rudy Beck and Michael Dinatale.
Chase Tallon, Drew Novad, Dinatale and Beck had assists.
Patterson Mill goalie Will Urban had nine saves. Winters Mill goalie Ben Chase had 13 saves. The Huskies trailed, 5-2, at the half.
Bobcats claim title
The Bel Air Bobcats captured the UCBAC's Chesapeake Division championship in boys lacrosse Thursday night, knocking off the red-hot and host Havre de Grace, 12-6.
The win puts the Bobcats (6-0 league, 11-2 overall) in Monday's final UCBAC championship game. Bel Air will meet Susquehanna Division champion, North East at 7 p.m. at Havre de Grace's James R. Harris Stadium.
Tom Pfeiffer was the Bobcats scoring leader with four goals and Calvin Fleagle finished with three. Austin Tredinnick and Hunter Jewitt added two goals each and Garrett Utz had one goal.
Pfeiffer, Fleagle and Brad Casale each had three assists and Kasey Davenport had one.
Casey Brown (one assist) and Nick Burley both scored two goals to lead Havre de Grace, while Colin Dean and Chris Parrott added single goals.
Parrott also had seven ground balls and Kyle Barkley had three ground balls.
Bel Air goalie Gavin Hanley made seven saves and Havre de Grace goalie Jake Laubner made 14 saves.
Huskies beat Mustangs
Patterson Mill finished with an even mark in Chesapeake play Thursday, beating host C. Milton Wright, 8-6. The game was tied at 3 at half.
Freshman Rudy Beck led the Huskies (3-3 league, 7-6 overall) with three goals. Chase Tallon and Noah Holloway added two goals each and Michael Dinatale had one goal. Holloway, Tallon, Collin Leary, Sean Chenworth and Brendan Mahoney had assists.
Andrew Mastromanolis and Michael Logan scored two goals apiece to pace the Mustangs (2-3 league, 4-7 overall). Brad Martin and Ian Ziemski had single goals. Jacob Smucker had two assists, while Manny Mastromanolis and Ziemski had one assist each.
Huskies goalie Will Urban had a huge night with 19 saves. CMW played two keepers with Dominic Venanzi making seven saves and Mark Mayne making one.
Cobras beat Mariners
Harford Tech (4-2 league, 6-5 overall) hosted Joppatowne (3-2 league, 3-5 overall) Thursday evening for the Cobras' Senior Night and Tech rolled to an easy 21-5 Susquehanna Division victory.
Senior Tyler Fullem scored five goals for Tech, making him the all-time career scoring leader with 118 goals. He also dished out nine assists.
Senior Nate Haskell also had a big night for the Cobras, scoring six goals and adding one assist. Griffin Pfarr had two goals and an assist at attack as well.
Steven Mills won 7-of-9 faceoffs and had two goals and three assists. Tom Burley was 5-of-7 on faceoffs and finished with three goals.
Others contributing at midfield were Hassan Syed, Austin Bulger and Brett Grube with a goal each. James Butler had an assist and Vince Belcastro added three faceoff wins
