That's the win streak the C. Milton Wright boys basketball team is on after another lopsided win Friday night. The Mustangs, 12-0 overall and 5-0 in UCBAC Chesapeake Division play, defeated visiting Fallston (2-10, 0-5), 67-33, in division play.
The Mustangs will put their unbeaten mark on the line tonight (Wednesday), playing host to John Carroll. Game time is 6:45 p.m.
Chris Lorenzo scored 13 points to lead the Mustangs and Seth Walter also reached double figures with 12. Walter also had five rebounds. Corey Bays and Kyle Harkins added five assists each; Harkins also had five steals.
Kurtis Sommer led Fallston with seven points.
Huskies beat Rams
Patterson Mill (5-4, 2-3) broke open a close game with visiting Edgewood (5-5, 1-4) with a big second half, winning 52-39, after leading by just two, 20-18, at half in Chesapeake play.
Tyler Jakubowski pumped in 19 points to pace three Huskies in double figures. Brad Burris added 15 points and Rahmon Felder netted 10.
Leading Edgewood, Kevin Ringgold had 16 points and eight assists, while Dorian Eure and Roderick Harrison each scored 12 points.
Cobras beat Hawks
Harford Tech (6-5, 2-2) knocked off visiting North Harford (5-7, 3-3), in Susquehanna play.
Tech, which led 32-17 at half, was led by Darius Dangerfield's 22 points, eight rebounds, five assists and six steals.Hunter Norcross added the double-double of 10 points and 15 rebounds.
Warriors top Eagles
Havre de Grace (4-1, 8-2) defeated visiting Bo Manor (4-7, 1-4), 65-54, in Susquehanna action.
Jordan Hawthorne scored 16 points to lead the way. Zayrron Blake added 15 points and eight boards and Krs Yancey netted 14 points.
Other Friday score
Bel Air (5-6, 3-2) beat visiting Aberdeen (7-7, 3-3), 48-44, in Chesapeake play.
Thursday scores
Aberdeen defeated visiting Fallston, 66-31. Justin Carpenter led Aberdeen with 13 points.
Harford Christian (12-5) played host Perryville tough throughout regulation, but lost 84-69 in overtime. Rashawd Clowney scored 18 points to lead the Eagles, while Sean Hughes contributed 14 points and Maurice Epps had 13.
Joppatowne (10-1) was also a winner, beating visiting Eastern Christian, 68-50.
Jermaine Head Jr. led with 18 points and Montrell Horsey added 13. Dominic Smith chipped in 10 points.
HCS drops another
Harford Christian is one of the favorites to win the Maryland State Christian School Tournament in late February. Heritage Christian of Lanham is another.
Heritage visited Harford Saturday and what was expected to be a great game, was, as the two battled evenly for almost the entire time, but some critical turnovers and offensive rebounds given up in the last two minutes of the fourth quarter cost Harford Christian the game, in a 78-73 loss.
HCS was led by Moe Epps' 20 points, seven rebounds and five assists. Sean Hughes stuffed the stat sheets with 19 points, 10 boards, seven assists, six steals and two blocks.
Paul Franco chipped in with 12 points, six rebounds and four assists and Rashawd Clowney added 10 points and seven rebounds.
