Harford County Sheriff Office's deputies and Bel Air Police are looking for a man called "Mills," allegedly the third party in a trio responsible for two armed robberies early Monday morning.

The other two allegedly involved – Khalil Terraine Scruggs, 21, of the 400 block of Majestic Prince Circle in Havre de Grace, and Briondre R. Gaines, 23, of the 1600 block of Meadowood Court in Edgewood – were arrested first by the Sheriff's Office and charged with robbing a man and woman around 12:05 a.m. Monday in the 900 block of Rumsey Place in Joppatowne

They were subsequently charged Thursday morning by Bel Air Police in connection with a home invasion armed robbery at an apartment on Thomas Street in Bel Air that took place a short time after the Joppatowne robbery, according to the Bel Air Police Department.

Police say Scruggs and Gaines were allegedly accompanied by a third person in the robberies. He has yet to be identified, but the Sheriff's Office and Bel Air Police say he goes by "Mills."
