Elberson, who suffered non-life-threatening injuries, was taken by a Medevac, which landed at Festival Park, to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, according to Aberdeen Police; he has since been discharged.

Aberdeen police determined Elberson was at fault in the accident and was cited for unsafe crossing and failure to yield to a vehicle.
