Aberdeen police seized raw marijuana, some plants, seeds and growing equipment while executing a search and seizure warrant early Thursday morning, police said.
Around 6 a.m., members of the Aberdeen Police Special Operations Unit executed the warrant in the 100 block of Aztec Street.
Investigators searched the house and seized the following items: approximately two pounds of raw marijuana; seven mature marijuana plants, six marijuana seedlings, indoor growing equipment, packaging material, drug paraphernalia and other related items, according to a news release from Detective Sgt. Will Reiber.
Keith Bell, 28, of Aberdeen was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, manufacturing/growing drugs, drug possession with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the Harford County Detention Center for processing.
The Special Operations Unit is responsible for investigating violations of drug laws in the City of Aberdeen.
