An 8-year-old child in the vehicle making a left turn was taken to Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air. A 2-year-old child from the other car was taken to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in Baltimore, Budnick said.

"It didn't appear that the injuries were too substantial," Budnick said.

Further details on the accident were not available.
