To ensure COVID-19 safety, The Arc NCR requests participating artists contact the organization’s development office prior to dropping off their artwork in the main lobby located at 4513 Philadelphia Road in Aberdeen. Submissions will be accepted from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and all pieces are due by Jan. 4.

Understanding that many families and individuals are faced with financial challenges due to COVID-19, The Arc NCR’s 2021 installment of the festival will be free for both artists and guests to attend from the comfort of their homes. Submitted artwork will be showcased on The Arc NCR’s website, and attendees will have the option to purchase pieces that resonate with them.
