In an effort to solve a 2013 fatal shooting in Edgewood, the Harford County Sheriff’s Office announced that a $5,000 reward is being offered for information related to the death of Quinton Arvel “Sparks” Stokes.

Stokes, 24, was found suffering from multiple gunshots wounds in the 1800 block of Grempler Way in Edgewood, when police found him around 10:16 p.m. June 22, 2013.
He was transported by helicopter to the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, where he later died.
A black man wearing tan shorts was seen running away from the area, according to witness statements at the time.
