According to the Office of the State Fire Marshal, the owner discovered the fire in the 20′ x 20′ pool shed. It took 20 firefighters 10 minutes to control the fire, the state fire marshal’s office said.

A preliminary report says the cause of the fire was due to a nearby fire pit. It’s unclear if a smoke detector was present and activated inside the home.
