Lt. Governor Boyd Rutherford made a few stops in Harford County Friday, January 15, 2021, with a stop at Rocks State Park and a visit to several local businesses in Bel Air.

Janice East Moorehead Grant of Aberdeen has spent much of adult life battling for civil rights, working to end segregation in Harford County schools and in other parts of the country. At age 87, the lifelong teacher remains actively involved in her community.
