17th annual Maple Magic event at Ladew Gardens, Saturday February 19, 2022. Participants experienced the process of making real maple syrup - hiked to identify trees in winter, observed tapped maple trees, and collected sap, which was boiled down into delicious amber syrup on an open fire.
