Around 7:50 p.m. Tuesday, a man in his 50s broke into the Rise Dispensary in the 700 block of Pulaski Highway after business hours and threatened an employee, according to police. The man stole an undisclosed amount of cash and fled the area.
The employee suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene, police said.
No weapon was displayed in the incident, but “a gun was implied,” according to Kyle Andersen, a spokesperson for the sheriff’s office.
