Driver suffers medical emergency, crashes into Route 40 liquor store in Havre de Grace

A driver suffered a medical emergency around 2:30 p.m. Thursday, lost control of her vehicle and crashed into One Stop Liquors at Pulaski Highway and Otsego Street in Havre de Grace, according to Havre de Grace Police Cpl. Kenneth Terry. The driver was checked for injuries but they were not known, Terry said. A vehicle crashed into a liquor store on Route 40 in Havre de Grace Thursday afternoon.

The driver of the car suffered a medical episode around 2:30 p.m., according to Cpl. Kenneth Terry of the Havre de Grace Police Department. She lost control of her vehicle and crashed it into One Stop Liquors at Pulaski Highway and Otsego Street.

The driver was checked for injuries but Terry said they were not known.

Susquehanna Hose Company also responded to the crash and called for a building inspector to determine the structural integrity of the building.
