The board’s business meeting, which will be held via audio livestream, is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Monday. Commenters must provide their first and last name, email address and phone number, mailing address, plus mark their messages with the header “Comment for April 20, 2020 Board Meeting.”

The comments should be crafted with “the decorum and respect appropriate to the conduct of public business." Any comments that focus on disciplinary matters involving a specific student, school employee personnel matters and pending appeals will not be read during the meeting, as well as comments that include “disparaging comments, personal attacks and inflammatory remarks” about individual schools or HCPS employees, according to the notice.
