Aberdeen Police were called about an armed robbery at the Crown gas station in the 800 block of West Bel Air Avenue around 8:24 a.m. Sunday. The caller told police the store was robbed at gunpoint, described the suspects and said that the two men had fled in a light-colored Toyota, police said.

Responding officers spotted two men matching the description in a silver Toyota Corolla in the area of Beards Hill Road and Route 22. Police attempted to stop the vehicle when it fled onto northbound I-95.

A pursuit along the interstate continued onto Route 155 where Havre de Grace Police officers deployed stop sticks that deflated two of the vehicle’s tires near Ohio Street. The vehicle continued to flee and eventually came to a stop near the 400 block of Pennington Avenue where both men were taken into custody, police said.

A loaded .38 revolver and lottery tickets allegedly stolen during the robbery were found in the vehicle, police said.

Both men are being held without bond at the Harford County Detention Center.

Electronic court records do not list an attorney for either Rheubottom of Featherstone.
