Kristi Yowell, associate vice president for human resources at Frederick Community College and co-coordinator of the graduate human resources development program at McDaniel College, has been selected to serve as chair of the Eastern Region board of directors of the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources for the 2019-20 fiscal year. She will begin her term on July 1.
In addition to her service on the Eastern Region board, Yowell also served as president of the association's Maryland Chapter and is a member of CUPA-HR's national-level Public Policy Committee.
