Manchester Valley and Century resumed their girls soccer game that was suspended because of bad weather Sept. 26, and the Mavericks made their early lead hold up.
Briana Bush scored back on that September evening, and after Jeri Garland added one Saturday the Mavericks prevailed 2-0 in Manchester.
Sydney Resau made 13 saves for the Mavericks (2-5, 1-0 in the county). Jordyn Vanarsdale made four saves for the Knights (4-3-1, 2-1).
