A group of six athletes from Westminster Strength and Conditioning recently competed at the USA Powerlifting Raw Nationals in Chicago.
Linda Kephart took first place (Masters 3) in the 57-kilogram weight class, Julie Beltz (Teen 2, 63-kilo) came in third, and Sarah Blanton (Teen 3, 63-kilo) also took third.
Alexa Cuddy (Teen 2, 62-killo) was fifth, as well as Abby Beltz (Teen 1, 63-kilo). Kerri Cuddy (Masters 1, 72-kilo) finished sixth. The athletes are coached by Beau Bryant and Eric Shugars.
