RACE: 20-lap 270cc Micro Sprint Feature WINNER: Joe Long, York, Pa. CARROLL FINISHER: 2nd, Steven Cox, Westminster

RACE NOTES: Long started outside pole-sitter Brian Marriott, jumped to an immediate lead and never looked back. Long finished in front of a hard-charging Brent Bull by .535 seconds, however Bull was docked two positions for jumping a previous start. Steven Cox and Chad Myers were credited with second and third, giving Bull a fourth-place finish. Tyler Brown completed the top five. Hellam’s Keera Dupler started last in the 19-car field and raced her way to ninth place, claiming the Donahue Motorsports Hard Charger award.

RACE: 25-lap 358 Sprint Feature WINNER: David Holbrook, Parkton CARROLL FINISHER: 9th Steve Owings, Westminster (won heat race)

RACE NOTES: Holbrook took over the season-long points lead by scoring his first win of the year. Dylan Norris’ eventual flat tire and Owings’ last lap caution dramatically changed the overall top five. Holbrook took the checkered flag with a 1.166-second lead over Cody Fletcher. Wyatt Hinkle finished third, followed by Mike Bittinger, and Joe Trone Jr.

RACE: 20-lap Street Stock Feature WINNER: Will Walls, Gettysburg, Pa. CARROLL FINISHERS: 9th Shane Mc Quay, Sykesville; 14th Tyler Harman, Taneytown

RACE: 15-lap Limited Stock Feature WINNER: Matt Chronister, Aspers, Pa.

RACE: 25-lap 410 Super Sprint Feature WINNER: Danny Dietrich, Gettysburg, Pa.

RACE NOTES: Dylan Cisney started on the pole and raced to stay ahead of Brian Montieth from the very beginning, and it was no easy task. The first caution flag of the event unfurled with nine laps to go when Anthony Macri stopped on the track and then red flag appeared on the restart when Rodney Westhafer spun in the first corner while Gerard McIntyre Jr. vaulted over the fence. Cisney chased Montieth when action resumed and Dietrich made a huge move from sixth to third but again the red flag came out two laps later, this time for a crashed Chase Dietz on the front chute. This put Dietrich in play but the show was between Cisney and Montieth when action again restarted with Cisney again getting the better of the deal, racing with precision to stay ahead of his challenger despite moves by Montieth that saw him nose into the lead briefly. But the complexion of the race changed with five laps to go when a final caution flag bunched the field. Dietrich stuck to Montieth when green reappeared and pulled a third turn dive to steal second with three laps to go. Dietrich’s dives into three would prove lethal for Cisney in the final turns as the Gettysburg driver was able to get just close enough to complete a pass on the cushion-running leader. Cisney came within yards of winning, but finishing just yards ahead of him (.066 seconds) was Dietrich. Cisney settled for second, followed by Montieth, Steve Buckwalter, and Adrian Shaffer.

RACE: 20-lap 358 Sprint Feature WINNER: Kevin Nouse, Mechanicsburg, Pa.

RACE: 20-lap 358 Sprint Feature WINNER: Cody Fletcher, East Berlin, Pa.

RACE NOTES: The first race on Saturday night’s program was the 358 Sprint make-up feature from May 4. Fletcher lined up in the pole position with Mark VanVorst sharing the front row. Four drivers scheduled to start the feature did not make the call. They were Tyler Walton (who has since moved to the 410 division) Steve Owings, Austin Treuchet and Jon Stewart. After a caution Fletcher led Troy Wagaman, Doug Hammaker, Dylan Norris and Matt Findley to the cone for the single file restart. The positions stayed in that order to the checkered flag. Cody’s grandfather Harry who passed a few years back, and Bobby his father I’m sure were both proud of Cody. Cody’s father was in France for his sons first win at Trail-Ways.

RACE: 25-lap 410 Super Sprint Feature WINNER: Anthony Macri, Dillsburg, Pa.

RACE NOTES: Macri has looked fast since the beginning of the 2019 season but had yet to turn his speed into a win. That all changed on Saturday night when Macri landed in victory lane at Lincoln Speedway. Macri beat Chase Dietz to the checkered flag by .377 seconds. Adam Wilt crossed the line third. Alan Krimes finished fourth and T.J. Stutts held on to finish fifth.
