Shelby Shrader, of Manchester, a history major with a minor in coaching in Shenandoah University's College of Arts and Sciences, Winchester, Va., was named to the fall 2016 president's list. A senior at Shenandoah, Shrader has been selected for the dean's list for all six semesters from her freshman through junior years. This marks her first president's list selection with a 4.0 GPA for the semester. Shrader completed her fourth NCAA season and college cross-country career this past November at the NCAA South/Southwest Regional Championships in Rome, Ga., where she led her team to an 11th place finish of the 64 teams in the region. She received ALL-Regional honors for her performance. She also received All-ODAC Conference honors earlier in the season when she led her team to a fourth-place finish in the ODAC Cross-Country Championship. In July, Shrader received Academic All-State Honors for her performance in the classroom as well as on the track. She enters the 2017 track & field season as defending ODAC Women's 3K Steeplechase Champion and was recently named to the Omicron Delta Kappa (ODK) Leadership Society.

Daniel Mraz, of Sykesville, has been named to the dean's list for the fall 2016 semester at Champlain College, Burlington, Vt. Students on the dean's list have achieved a grade point average of 3.5 or higher during the semester. Mraz is majoring in business management.
