'I'll Remember You' Remembrance Ceremony [Pictures]

The 8th Annual "I'll Remember You" Remembrance Ceremony was held at St. John Catholic Church in Westminster Thursday, Dec. 4, 2014. Thursday's remembrance ceremony was presented by Catherine's Cause, a fund of the Community Foundation of Carroll County formed in 2007 to fight ongoing drunk driving problems in Carroll, and the Carroll County law enforcement community.
