Menu

Jan. 21 — Beef stew with mixed vegetables, mashed potatoes, fruit cocktail, citrus cup, multi grain dinner roll, and milk.

Jan. 22 — Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli, dinner roll, apple pie, apple juice, and milk.

Jan. 23 — Meatloaf, Amish bean salad, mashed potatoes, applesauce, dinner roll, orange juice, and milk.

Jan. 26 — Pasta jambalaya with chicken, beef and shrimp, broccoli salad, fruit cocktail, rye bread, apple juice, and milk.

Jan. 27 — Baked potato, tossed salad, ranch dressing, chili con carne, cheddar cheese, applesauce, whole wheat bread, fruit juice, and milk.

Reservations required two days in advance; for special menus, reservations required one week in advance.
