Menu

Jan. 7 — Split pea soup, egg salad cold plate, fresh spinach, potato salad, pineapple tidbit, grape juice, whole wheat crackers, and milk.

Jan. 8 — Beef multi bean chili, rice pilaf, mixed vegetable, dice pears, orange juice, whole wheat bread, and milk.

Jan. 9 — Beef burgundy, rice pilaf, succotash, mandarin oranges, pineapple tidbits, whole wheat bread, and milk.

Jan. 12 — Chicken stew with peas and carrots, brown rice, fresh orange, orange juice, biscuit, and milk.

Jan. 13 — Rigatoni and meatballs in tomato sauce, fresh tossed salad, fresh apple slices, apple juice, wheat bread, ranch dressing, and milk.

Reservations required two days in advance; special menus are one week in advance.
