Carroll Hospital Center is expanding its breast health and plastic surgery services to Eldersburg with the hospital's Center for Breast Health and Carroll Health Group Plastic Surgery now offering appointments at the South Carroll Health & Wellness Pavilion, located at 1380 Progress Way, Suite 102.
At the pavilion, breast surgeon Dona Hobart, M.D., medical director of the Center for Breast Health, will be available to see patients experiencing breast health issues such as breast cancer, cysts, lumps and breast pain. Board certified by the American Board of Surgery, Dr. Hobart specializes in breast cancer, breast ultrasound, breast brachytherapy and breast health.
A health navigator also will be on site to offer patients support and guidance in finding resources and educational material.
To assist residents wanting plastic or reconstructive surgery, plastic surgeon Gabriel Del Corral, M.D., will be available at the pavilion. Dr. Del Corral is fellowship trained in microsurgery, with expertise and experience in cosmetic surgery, aesthetic plastic surgery, reconstructive surgery and maxillofacial surgery. As the region's only reconstructive microsurgery specialist and exclusive plastic surgeon for the Center for Breast Health, Dr. Del Corral uses the most advanced surgical techniques to offer a range of services including breast surgery, non-surgical body contouring and facial rejuvenation.
