Drs. Cristian Alba and John Rabine, two of the region's most renowned digestive health specialists, are joining Carroll Health Group Gastroenterology. Dr. Alba, currently chief of gastroenterology at Carroll Hospital Center, obtained his medical degree from the Santo Domingo Autonomous University in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the Booth Memorial Medical Center in Flushing, N.Y., and gastroenterology fellowship at Maryland General Hospital in Baltimore, Md.
Dr. Alba is board certified in gastroenterology by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a Fellow of the American Gastroenterology Association, recognized for his superior professional achievements and commitment to the field of digestive health care.
With 13 years of experience, gastroenterologist John Rabine, M.D., earned his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in East Lansing, Mich., and completed his residency at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio. He received his fellowship training at the University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor, Mich. He is board certified in gastroenterology by the American Board of Internal Medicine, and is a Fellow of the American Gastroenterology Association, recognized for his superior professional achievements and commitment to the field of digestive health care.

Dr. Wah earned his medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine and completed his residency at Greater Baltimore Medical Center in Baltimore, Md., where he served as chief resident.
