Community business owners can do more to help let people know about Rape Crisis. Another effort under way is the distribution of teal cocktail napkins, the color associated with sexual assault awareness, to local bars and restaurants highlighting the organization's active bystander campaign. The napkins read: "If you see something, say something. Be an active bystander," and include the Rape Crisis' 24-hour free hotline phone number. The idea is to get the message in places where alcohol is served, as in many sexual assault cases the victims are too intoxicated to take care of themselves.
